wobie GmbH, based in Hamburg, was founded in 2021 by Fee and Karsten Fröiland. The idea for the Wobie Box came about when their own child reached audiobook age and the two parents were looking for a simple and compact way to give him a manageable selection of Spotify albums. With the wobie box, families now have the option to stream music, audio books and podcasts screen free and without further subscriptions or additional costs.
